We took my wife's Dakota in because I figured the computer was shot. The lights spontaneously turn on and off, even when the vehicle is turned off. I explained this to the lady at the counter. About computer was shot. The lights spontaneously turn on and off, even when the vehicle is turned off. I explained this to the lady at the counter. About two weeks and $1300 later, the problem we took it in for was still not fixed, but they did give us a new battery - for $515! After looking carefully at the sheet listing the work done, I realized they never even tried to fix the original problem. I called to complain, and the computer problem wasn't even listed on the symptoms. Maybe they were able to xxxx me that time, but they'll never get another chance! More
One week ago we purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300. Jacob Wood worked hard to put us in the car we wanted and kept our monthly payment affordable. I appreciate Jacob for his NO xx/NO high pressure sales tactics. worked hard to put us in the car we wanted and kept our monthly payment affordable. I appreciate Jacob for his NO xx/NO high pressure sales tactics. We told him what we wanted and what we had to offer, 2 days later we drove off Larson's lot with a beautiful, BRAND NEW Chrysler 300. We have and will continue to recommend JACOB WOOD at Larson Chrysler and Jeep in Puyallup. THANK YOU JACOB - YOU ROCK! Kandi S 11/7/11 More
I had my Ram diesel dropped off to purge fuel lines of air after having run out of fuel. In the late afternoon I stopped by to find out the status of the repair. I was told by Shinee LaFluer that the fue air after having run out of fuel. In the late afternoon I stopped by to find out the status of the repair. I was told by Shinee LaFluer that the fuel lift pump module needed to be replaced and that it would cost either $950 or $1150 depending upon type of pump. Since I had the lift pump replaced 6 months earlier by another company, I called that shop to find out what my warranty coverage was. I was told it was 100% parts and labor. I told Shinee that I would take the truck to the other shop. She went and talk to someone out in the service area. when she returned she said that the pump was actually OK, but that the sending module in the tank was out of calibration. Larson Dodge was trying to lie about what was wrong. they wanted to get me to spend a $1000+ even though there was nothing wrong with the lift pump. I will never use them again. More
They were accommodating and worked to sell me an automobile. There was no high pressure involved. I had done my homework and would have known if I was being snowed or being taken advantage of. I automobile. There was no high pressure involved. I had done my homework and would have known if I was being snowed or being taken advantage of. I felt like I was dealing with a small hometown dealer, one who cared about what I thought. The price was better than I expected. I had done a lot of research, so knew what a good price was. The follow up was excellent. They invited me to an evening seminar for new buyers, and I was introduced to all of the staff including the Service people. Normally the sales and service staffs seem to be on different teams. I did not feel that with Larson. More
Stay away from this delearship! Their prices are ridiculous and I mean ridiculous. They over charge these vehicles by several thousand over MSRP. They claim they have volume pricing but that is a jo ridiculous and I mean ridiculous. They over charge these vehicles by several thousand over MSRP. They claim they have volume pricing but that is a joke. I have tried to look there several times but the prices are out of this world and they are very pressure driven sales people. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More
