Fastest and Professional Service I am in the military so I made a last minute appointment when I was getting off work, so I went in 45 minutes early to wait my turn but when, I got in I am in the military so I made a last minute appointment when I was getting off work, so I went in 45 minutes early to wait my turn but when, I got in they took care of me right away & took my car right away to be worked on. Explained the farious service bulletins to me, and any recall work needed....which was nothing. Love the lyft service. Even Farley was great. He greets you when you first pull up. I've been going to mission gorge norm reeves for years but I'm changing my plans now. More

Misleading I told the dealership online the year make and mileage of my vehicle to get an oil change. They told me that it would cost me 19.95 for the convention I told the dealership online the year make and mileage of my vehicle to get an oil change. They told me that it would cost me 19.95 for the conventional oil change and sent me a coupon. When I arrived the next morning the told me my vehicle takes synthetic oil so the price would be 50.00. I canceled the the oil change and went somewhere else. The dealership ship should have honored there mistake. But since they didn’t I didn’t trust them handling my car. More

Very disappointed in service department I was promised things they ended up doing whatever they wanted and didn’t address all the issues I had with my vehicle still had to pay tried to cont I was promised things they ended up doing whatever they wanted and didn’t address all the issues I had with my vehicle still had to pay tried to contact someone to help understand what happened and if they could fix this and it took 7 days to get a supervisor to respond after multiple calls and voice mails more than a week later they just returned my payment and my car still had the same issues More
