Marco provided stellar service- 15 stars on a scale of 10! Marco was responsive and provided stellar service. I was initially worried about going to a dealership, as I didn't want to be talked into paying for Marco was responsive and provided stellar service. I was initially worried about going to a dealership, as I didn't want to be talked into paying for things I didn't want. But Marco made me feel that he cared about what was important to me. He answered my calls, even though they were at inconvenient times (very early in the morning and rather late--I was really excited and focused once I decided to purchase a car). He was able to get me an extraordinarily good deal! He was not pushy with the dealer add-on options, and suggested only what he thought I might really find useful. When I explained that I wasn't interested in certain options, he understood. It was truly a pleasure to deal with someone who was honest, polite, and truly cared about the customer. I'm delighted with the exceptional level of customer service I received. If I ever needed to buy a car again, I know exactly who I would go. I highly recommend him! More

Trying to sell me costly service that was not required. I booked the car for re-call work. I was told the car would be ready in the afternoon. When I returned I was told the recall could not be done, they d I booked the car for re-call work. I was told the car would be ready in the afternoon. When I returned I was told the recall could not be done, they did not have the re-programing information yet from head office (the notice went out to us 3 months before). On the invoice two additional service requirement were listed that needed immediate attention, new brakes and repair a leaking transfer seal. I returned to two different shops that did work on our car a couple of days earlier. Both confirmed neither of the suggested work was required (something I knew but wanted confirmed). Baker's suggested additional work amounted to $ 2,289.00. This is fraud and deceit. Shame on this company. I am considering switching to another brand of car on my next purchase. Notice to Baker Toyota, stop sending me advertisement material, I will not purchase a car from you, nor will I ever enter your service shop again. H. Koechl More

This place is a joke. Called them before even going down there to see if we would qualify for a car. Did all the credit stuff over the phone so we wouldn't be wasting our time. They approved us over the pho there to see if we would qualify for a car. Did all the credit stuff over the phone so we wouldn't be wasting our time. They approved us over the phone so we went down there immediately. When we got there they immediately showed us a car that we fell in love with. They worked with us with the down payment, filled out the paperwork, signed every document and left really happy. Fast foward to to now a whole month later and the dealer is calling us saying we need $2000 more to keep the car even though we have all the legal documents saying they can't do this. Been harassed every day telling us to make a higher down payment and that they womt tell us anything over the phone. Complete crap trying to scam money out of people just trying to get a safe car for their son. More
