I had arrived late on a Friday night to see 2 vehicles that I saw on their website and the Salesman, Ralph, was good enough to stay and take the time to show me the vehicles and take a test ride when he that I saw on their website and the Salesman, Ralph, was good enough to stay and take the time to show me the vehicles and take a test ride when he actually could have said, "Sorry the dealership is closed." But he did NOT do that and I spent 2 hours there and ended up purchasing the Range Rover from him. When I picked the vehicle up and traded my vehicle in, the process and the people at Land Rover Winnetka could not have been nicer! I had been to a different dealer prior to this to test drive a Range Rover and was not treated anywhere near as well as I was at Winnetka with Ralph.
