Incompetent Service Department Worst service ever!!! I took my Jaguar in for a tire change and to have a new key programmed more than 2 weeks ago. They still have my car!!!! They ar Worst service ever!!! I took my Jaguar in for a tire change and to have a new key programmed more than 2 weeks ago. They still have my car!!!! They are unable to program the key. The new key should have been there the day my car went in - we had set that up a month prior. But the key was not there. Then they supposedly ordered the wrong key. Then some part of the car responsible for talking to the key went down while they were trying to program it. But worse yet, when I called the main Jaguar 800 number (what an awful experience on its own . . . . . . ) I was told that no one from the dealership had opened a case for technical support. Wow!! 2 weeks and no one from the dealership has opened a case with the Jag technical experts to resolve this. My Jaguar right now is a VERY EXPENSIVE BRICK. Can't drive a car if no keys work. Disgusting!! More

Good but not good enough I bought a 2017 model slightly used car. The sales process went well but aftersales follow up was bad. This experience was by far the most pleasant buying experience, my family has ever had. We were made to feel welcome immediately by Sam Badro. Sam was knowledgeable and courteous and definitely not your "typical car salesperson". Sam made us feel very comfortable and never rushed us. Matt Berman Used Car Manger, was also courteous and knowledgeable He explained that any concerns we had would be fix. Matt was right as the Range Rover Sport looked amazing when we picked it up. Sam and Matt were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and especially those people with whom we worked with. Thanks, Marc More

I purchased my vehicle through Michael Broccolino and he is hands down the best Sales Associate I have ever come across. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my budget, and passionate about his work. I have continued to have my car serviced at Land Rover Northfield, and would highly recommend Michael as he went above and beyond to create exceptional customer service, as well as, a great comfort level for me. STAY AWAY Don’t buy from this dealership unless the finance department(Kevin)makes a killing. My sales person Sam was great but the finance guy was horrible. He intentionally messed up my paperwork twice and send it to the wrong address since he didn’t make money. I paid cash. The finance manager lied to me about mailing the paperwork. Rocky the general manager was not much help. I did not like the ride of the vehicle which was not the dealership’s fault. I had a buyer a dealer from Denver who backed off because I didn’t have the title due to the Finance Department’s shenanigans. I ended up selling it for $2900 lower to Carmax than what the buyer was offering to buy. More

It was a busy night for them with a charity function, but that did not stop them for making me feel comfortable during the entire process. I had done some research on the Land Rover Discovery, but still had many questions. Joe Fuentes spent a lot of time explaining everything to me along with taking me a test drive with two different vehicles to make sure I was looking at the one I really wanted. I was nervous, but everyone from the General Manager to the Financing manager put all my nerves at ease. The car was not available that evening and they even delivered it to me today at work! I can't wait to drive my first Land Rover. Joe, Rocky and Elaina were great to work with! It was an A++ Experience!! THANK YOU!! More

We live in the city and our experience here was well worth the driv I was thoroughly impressed with Land Rover Northfield from the moment I walked in. We live in the city and our experience here was well worth the drive up. Brian Black was our salesman and while we only came up to test drive that day, we ended up with a new car in the garage that afternoon. He was knowledgable and friendly while answering our many questions. In the end, he did not pressure us and we felt very comfortable in choosing to make the purchase of our Range Rover. Even the paperwork process was painless and we were out of the finance office in 25 minutes. We could not have asked for a better experience overall and highly recommend them. More
