No pressure sales, vehicle price was unbeatable, service after the sale has been incredible! Chris in sales knew about the vehicle details, Carlos in finance had our paperwork waiting on us and explained the additional insurance options (both the good and the bad) upfront, laid out in writing the monthly cost dif with each option available, never felt a sense of anything being hidden or them not being forthright with everything. Kendall in the service department was very prompt in answering questions and scheduling preventative maintenance and the Sales Mgr didn't hesitate to have an additional key made at their expense so my husband and I would have our own. And did I mention they certified my vehicle at no cost to me!!! Highly Recommend the staff at Bob Moore Kia in Edmond! More

We called about a car we saw in the newspaper and spoke with Roger. He gave us an overview about the car and we decided to go take a look at it. That's refreshing when most dealers are very high pressure and are more interested in selling cars than making the customer happy and satisfied. Roger was wonderful to work with. He explained the car's options and went over many extras while I did the test drive. I liked the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom and everyone was very friendly. Roger called a couple of days after I took the car home just to follow up if I had any additional questions. That makes me confident that they will always be there if I need anything, I like the service and genuine interest and concern they have for their customers! I would recommend Kia as a product and also Bob Moore Kia as a great place to do business! I will be telling everyone what a great experience I had with them. More

We are repeat customers to Bob Moore. First experience was easy & effortless. Second experience was a nightmare. Upon purchasing our vehicle, we asked specific questions regarding the vehicle in order was easy & effortless. Second experience was a nightmare. Upon purchasing our vehicle, we asked specific questions regarding the vehicle in order to access if it was the right decision to buy (we live out of town and drove 1.5 hours - money in hand to buy it). Unfortunately, the vehicle needed serviced soon after buying it and we were told 4 business days to complete the job. We were also told that we would get a service car for the inconvenience (note: we sold our existing vehicle and this newly purchased one was our ONLY vehicle {and we have kids}). Ok, four days - rent a vehicle or something to get by.. Day four came - we called the dealership. Note: WE had to call them - multiple times in order to get the answers we were looking, let alone get ahold of them period. This being a Saturday, we were told we were are now looking at Monday/Tuesday. We are now up to $210 in rental fees for a small sedan for one week, not including taxes. Weekend passes. Monday is half way over and we don't hear anything. Once AGAIN, WE do the calling - multiple times to multiple people to try and get a straight answer. We are told anther WEEK. Excuse me? WEEK? You know, we don't mind if we were told this straight up - honestly if we knew the hassle, we would not have bought this vehicle from this dealership. Customer service has been atrocious these past two weeks. This isn't even the end of my lovely story-like-review. Luckily, we have a very, very gracious friend that lent us their vehicle so my husband could continue going to work serving our country, and to tote our three children around. This has saved us now..probably $500 in rental fees. This next week passes and we kept in contact with the dealership - again, WE - they rarely updated us on the progress of our vehicle. It seems as if the service department had a lot of work - but honestly, I feel like since we paid upfront - they got our money so they dorked around with us and just told us what we wanted to hear without any results. Here I am now, typing this. It is Monday evening (2 weeks since buying the car), and we were promised today at Noon at "the latest". It is 7:05. Hey - we even got a call saying the vehicle is done, was going to get cleaned, fueled up, and delivered. That was...4 hours ago. We live 1.5 hours away. The salesman won't answer his cell phone. The managers at the dealership are not answering (though the place is still open at the moment). Our family is sitting at home waiting when we could be out doing something with our boys. We still have no word. Needless to say, i WILL NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. OR any of the partnering places within my community. I will tell all my friends & family of the horrible customer service we have endured. Next time I will pay more money for a dealership that puts their customers first. We do not like being told "what we want to hear" over and over again (we've been given a "promised" date 3-4 times now) without results. Very displeased consumers and repeat customers. (and by saying very displeased is an understatement). More

I would say my experience was a very positive one. They even suggested great food options around the area while we came and went in our process of making the decision. Thanks again! More
