I committed to two vehicles within a week before really evaluating the dealership. The first was a used 1997 Buick which after I drove 87 miles to look at I discovered had a broken window mechanism and a evaluating the dealership. The first was a used 1997 Buick which after I drove 87 miles to look at I discovered had a broken window mechanism and a non-functioning AC. It would have been nice if the salesperson had informed me of such before I drove the 87 miles. After I got it home I also found several broken dash and trim pieces that had been torn up replacing the radio. Having dealt with Bob Moore in OKC in 1993 I had felt like they were the fore runner of today's Certified used cars. This experience has totally shed me of that concept. This was coverup and catch the customer off gusrd. The second car was a 2011 KIA Sorrento with 20,000 miles on it. The car is great which is the only thing that kept me from running away. On this deal I have two sour points: I was told for $500 the dealership would install a factory approved backup system. When I asked for specifics on the system I was told they would change out the review mirror to a mirror that would display the camera view within the mirror. This system would have priced in around $500 installed. However, after the paperwork was signed I was told that the install was being done aftermarket. After bringing the car home and researching the model camera and display it is a $100 price tag with perhaps a $100 install fee. Total system cost of $200 which may or may not be covered by the MAP warranty. This was THEFT plain and simple. The second turn-off was that when I went to pick up the Sorrento I was handed only one key and fob. I asked for the other keys and was told that was it, after all it is used. We are talking about a 2011 automobile being bought at a major dealership. In over 30 years of buying cars I have never had a dealership deliver the car with less than 2 sets of keys. Again this was not disclosed until after all paperwork had been signed. I will pass the word loudly among my friends and acquaintances that Bob Moore sales stands for borderline dishonesty, incomplete disclosure, and plays a game of "catch us if you can". Let the buyer better BEWARE!! More

Both sales and service depts. were friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The Finance staff made finalizing the new car a good way to conclude the day! Thanks for pleasant experience. Before going to the KIA dealership I did a lot of research on the Internet and decided that I wanted to look at the KIA Optima with the intention of buying the 2011 EX model with the premium package research on the Internet and decided that I wanted to look at the KIA Optima with the intention of buying the 2011 EX model with the premium package if it was as good a car as I had read about. It is and I liked it immediately. I liked the reception I received from John the Sales Manager and Roger the Sales Consultant when I walked in the door. They are both very knowledgeable; they worked well together with me, and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They had just sold their last EX model with the premium package, but my wife and I liked the EX model features and color they had in stock and so that is the car I bought (also, I did not want to wait for the premium EX model they had on order to arrive). I have not regretted my decision at all, especially since they added the heated seats I really wanted (and I did not really need the sunroof). John and Roger both tried to accommodate my needs and requests, making my car buying experience extremely enjoyable and explaining how to use all of the cars features before I left the lot. The driving experience of the KIA Optima is surprisingly exceptional, and has all the power, features, and comfort I need. When I drove the car back to Bob Moore after the weekend to have the heated seats installed, they not only added the seats but cleaned more than 100 miles of road dirt off of the car and returned it beautifully detailed inside and out. Being treated as a welcome and valued customer by the staff at Bob Moore has gained them a loyal customer, and I believe I will be treated fairly when I bring the car back for scheduled maintenance. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Sales always take longer than one would expect. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership and about an hour of that was waiting for them to clean the car up always take longer than one would expect. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership and about an hour of that was waiting for them to clean the car up for me to take home. I had to make an appointment to return later have a couple of scratches buffed out (new car, only 5 miles on it). Upon returning a week later they only buffed out the 2 scratches and did not clean up the whole car. I found that a bit disappointing. I left with a dirty car with 2 clean spots. I did call John the GM and let him know that I was not completely thrilled about that. He promised to make it right if I could come back another time. Since I live about 22-25 miles from there I'm not sure when I can come back in. It's not really on my general path of travel, it may have to wait until my first oil change at 7500 miles. Other Bob Moore dealerships do a courteous wash on all cars brought into the service area. I believe this is a great customer satisfier. Overall I believe that all Bob Moore dealerships believe in putting their customers first and making them feel like they are important, not just during the sales process. More
I saw the vehicle I wanted on autotrader.com. The vehicle was priced well according to my research and bluebook. I called ahead and let them know I was coming. Mike met with me and was very kind and interest was priced well according to my research and bluebook. I called ahead and let them know I was coming. Mike met with me and was very kind and interested in being helpful. Went for a test drive and liked the vehicle. The negotiations went quickly and I was happy with the second offer and decided to accept the deal. There were two things I requested they fix on the vehicle which they did promptly before we even left the dealership. Eric in finance was very kind and helpful and very honest with everything he was doing. It made my wife and I feel comfortable with our purchase. We left in about 3 hours from start to finish feeling good about our purchase. Thanks Bob Moore! More
After a lot of research and shopping, we purchased new Sorento from Bob Moore Kia in August. After Christmas, we brought the Sorento in for service, and ended up purchasing a new Forte for our daughter. Sorento from Bob Moore Kia in August.
