I apologize that you did not have a completely positive experience with us. The vehicle was discounted to cover the repair of the window, and the A/C was repaired prior to delivery, so I am sorry if there was any miscommunication about either of those items. As far as the Rear View Camera, if you are truly unhappy with it, we will be happy to remove the device and refund the amount paid for the installation. On the Buick there was an offer to repair the AC only after I mentioned that it was broke! That would be after I made a 87 mile trip to look at a Bob Moore inspected car with no mention of a failed AC. Futhermore when we got to the actual paperwork the offer of repairing the AC changed to "replacing the Schaeder valve" which leaves the buyer at HIGH risk. The "discounted" price mentioned was a negotiated price established after I walked out and was looking at other vehicles. Now to the offer to uninstall the rearview camera. I note that the offer is to refund "the amount paid for the installation", NOT an offer to refund the $500 I paid to the dealer for the system. My point was that there was a major misalignment of those two figures in favor of the dealer. Why is it not an offer to refund the very specific amount of $500? Since I am here the lack of keys is becoming a real sore point with me an not mentioned by the dealership. I ordered 2 keys at a cost of $28 apiece. I then had to pay a $30 programming fee and make the hour and half drive to the dealership to get them programmed. Only to return home with only one key because a VIN specific key ordered was the wrong key??????? When I researched the price of a FOB I was quoted $122.87 for the FOB and a programming fee of $55. You decide. Is this dealership truly interested in taking care of it's customers?

I apologize about the confusion on wording. If you do not wish to have the rearview camera, we are willing to uninstall it and refund what you paid for it (unit + installation). I did not mean just the installation cost. I want to make this a positive experience for you, but there is only so much I can do through this medium. I highly recommend calling and asking for Brian Flippo, our sales manager (who is aware of your situation), or coming by the store so we can address the rest of your concerns and put a smile back on your face!
