I made a purchase on August 29, 2013. This was my first time doing business with this dealership. The car was in a good condition, except for minor scratches; typical of used cars. Through out the process, I was working with Sunny Gamble. He said they allow $200 for finishing touches. I agreed, signed a piece of paper as an agreement as well. The car was delivered to my home, courtesy of Sunny Gamble and his team. Which was very helpful because I live almost 50 miles from the dealership. He told me he will contact me in a few days to set up the date to get the problem fixed. I was contacted two weeks after the car was delivered to me. We made the arrangement to have the problem resolved. There was also a minor electrical problem with the system that popped up a week after I have the car; that was also fixed as well, without costs. I was given a Loaner car for the day. When my car was finished, the following day; Sunny offered to delivered the car to me half way. That was quite generous, I appreciated that. It may have taken them a bit longer to have the problems fixed. The important thing is they got fixed. I am satisfied with the service. I am also in sales. I am an insurance agent. Service after the sale is key in our business. When we give our word to our customers to do something, it is very important to follow through. I would recommend the dealership if you are in the market to buy a car. More
This dealership is a great place to go, to purchase a vehicle, whether it is a new one or used. The staff there is very friendly. Mike Gibbes is an excellent car salesman. Well he brought paper work back and I noticed price had jumped up $1500. I pointed it out and he said in order to give me the 1.5 interest rate he had to add $1500 in extended warranty??? Without telling me! I had already told him I did not want any additional warranty's, windshield coverage, etc. prior to discussing interest rates and he knew that. After calling him out on trying to screw me and my wife he did a complete 180 and was a total @$$hole. After walking out of his office my wife stated WOW! You caught him trying to screw us and he is the one being all pissed off?!?! If you buy from them watch out once you get in finance office, you may be signing for more than you agreed to! Everything was good with process up till financing part and that was the part of this sale that I was totally dissatisfied with. I always expect them to do the number swapping with trade amount and sale price and usually the total out of pocket is the same, the dealers just change what they giving you for trade and what you are paying. This time $$$ were just added! More
My salesman, Michael was friendly, but knew very little about the product he was selling. Hd didn't know if it had a four or six cylinder engine, He misinformed me as to which radio came with the package I about the product he was selling. Finance initially went smooth, but two weeks after the sale, I got a call telling me that there was an error made on my sales contract and I needed to come in and sign a new one. I live 60 miles away, so they sent me one UPS. I got it on a thursday afternoon. There was no indication from them that I needed to return it within a day. I work out of town 50-60 hours a week. I got it back in the mail by Tuesday the next week. I had not yet received a payment book and I knew there was a grace period for my first payment, but the dealership calls me and demands a payment before they will release my title. OMVC representative told me that was illegal. So in essence, they screwed up on my contract, which created a crisis on their end and they tried to make it an emergency on my part by badgering and bullying me for a first payment that I had no idea where to send. I can't say that the entire experience was bad, but the final experience was downright enraging, so that was the last taste I had. More

They were very patient with me as this was my first purchase with a brand new vehicle. Then I met with financing once I made my choice and Anson was like no other. He made sure I was not going to leave not knowing everything about my vehicle and warranty. Until now I dont think I have understood just how the warranty works in full. But he sure made sure I wasnt leaving until I did. I also had the privilege to also meet the general manager Rick who was very helpful as well.I absolutly love my car and will be a Bob Moore customer for life. More

Went in this place and asked for the best price they could give me on a 2012 Kia Soul. They gave me a GREAT price and a hand shake. I worked like xxxx to get the price below what I was quoted at Bob Moore. After hours of haggling and playing the silly game of back and forth to the "MANAGER" on a Saturday night I was worn down and VERY mad! I left and returned to Bob Moore on Monday. The 2012 Soul had sold. They searched and found me a 2013 for the same price as the 2012. I saved over one thousand dollars at Bob Moore. Bottom line, a hand shake and a great price at Bob Moore VS hours of haggling and lies at Big Red. You choose. I have owned my Soul for 6 months now. The service department is great! I love the free oil changes. More
I went in to test drive a new Kia Sorento and they all were just so friendly. I went back a few days later and the salesman, Kenneth, that I had talked to had already left, but another salesman, Michael, were just so friendly. With other dealerships in the past if I went back and my salesperson wasn't there they would just tell me when they would be there and not want to help. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me and got it here within a couple of days. I never felt like they were pushy or rushing me to make a decision. More
