Took my car in for an oil change. The people are super friendly, however I was very annoyed that my fluids were not topped off. My windshield washer fluid was just as empty as it was The people are super friendly, however I was very annoyed that my fluids were not topped off. My windshield washer fluid was just as empty as it was when I brought it in. It’s just annoying you pay for service and only get what they want to give. Prices keep going up and quality and service keeps going down. I would’ve definitely given 5 stars had my fluids been topped off, but I can’t give a 5 star review, like I was asked by the service tech, if I didn’t leave with what is the bare minimum expectations. NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. The financial department are not honest. The service department does the bare minimum. My daughter took her car in for her free oil change and top of all Fluids. T department are not honest. The service department does the bare minimum. This problem NEVER Existed prior to her service appointment on 1/11/22. I had my mechanic come out to diagnose the problem. There was very little antifreeze, and I have pictures. My daughter has not had this car for a year and there are no leaks. I called the service department and I asked what services are provided with the free oil change. I was told they top off all fluids. I then mentioned that there was little to none antifreeze in my daughter car. I was told “well I’m sorry that it was missed, what do you want me to do about it”. I’m Beyond floored, and I am reaching out to corporate about this matter. More

Bought a vehicle with no problem from the salesperson. No problem with finance. Made a appointment to get the vehicle fixed and was scheduled out a week. Took vehicle back to get fixed. They had vehicle for 2 days and I took off of work. Vehicle is still making the same noise I took it in for. The month and 1,000 miles are up and I’m stuck with a noise that absolutely drives me crazy. I guess you get what you pay for. Very unhappy with the service department. Place sucks More
