I've taken my cars to Koons Annapolis Toyota for decades and bought my current Toyota Solara there. I’ve been going to the Annapolis dealership for many years. My trust in their mechanics repair work is strong, but not so much in their customer service providers. They appear to push unnecessary work, years. My trust in their mechanics repair work is strong, but not so much in their customer service providers. They appear to push unnecessary work, provide incomplete descriptions of the work/ & cost, and don’t honor everything within a purchase or contract. They have a new Service Manager to address the complaints. I hope service gets better while I investigate other options. More
