I had a very good experience purchasing my new 2026 - Buyer from Haymarket

I had a very good experience purchasing my new 2026 Toyota at Koons Tysons. I wasn't sure which car - much less trim level - was best for me, but I had narrowed it down to two pretty different models. My sales consultant, Rami Darwich, was very knowledgeable about both and asked me a lot of questions about what was important to me. There was no pressure at all and - with his guidance - ended up with a vehicle that I'm very happy with. Outstanding service.

Unbeatable service! - SA

Unbeatable service! Ask for the Dream Team at Jones Toyota My family recently purchased two vehicles from Jones Toyota over the last few weeks, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We have purchased several cars over the years, and Adam Cretaro is, by far, the best Sales Consultant we have ever dealt with. Adam was reliable, responsive, respectful of our wishes, and a true professional throughout the entire process. While the whole Jones Toyota team was a pleasure to work with, my absolute "dream team" consisted of Sales Manager Tim Wojciechowski, Finance Manager Darlington Nwaba, and Sales Consultant Adam Cretaro. My son and I are loving our new rides and are so grateful for the easy, transparent, and professional service from start to finish. When we are in the market for our next car, we know exactly where we’re going. Thank you Adam, Tim, and Darlington!

I had a big trouble with the dealership Priority Toyota Springfield, but your manager, Fabio gave me the perfect solution to solve the issue. I do appreciate him especially. If it were not for him, I remember them as a terrible service center of Toyota.

The advisor Fernando mislead my mom into believing a - Jared

The advisor Fernando mislead my mom into believing a "70000 mile service" is the equivalent to an oil change. She told me she couldn't believe the oil change cost her $300 and after speaking on the phone with them they told me she was fully aware of the cost, which she was, but she had no idea that there was any other option. She was made to believe the 70k service WAS the oil change. They completely neglected to tell her that the regular oil change was only around 120. Fernando is trying to pad his pockets at the expense of others with needless upsells disguised as routine service. Practices like this are what make people hate dealerships and make the Ourisman name look BAD. I would not trust this advisor at all. He will take advantage of you if you dont know better

Very unprofessional. - lopezbilly158

Very unprofessional. Had them give me a quote on a vehicle that I was selling. After negotiating for 2 weeks, the day I take the vehicle in, they decide not to buy it. Poor taste in customer service. Rather go to Car Max then to deal with these clowns. The name of the person I was dealing with is Michelle. What a waste of time.

This is the first time I've worked with Paul Thilert with - LS_1976

This is the first time I've worked with Paul Thilert with Safford Toyota Glen Burnie. Absolutely amazing experience; really wish I could do this every week! Paul was extremely professional, responsive, and transparent. We were able to handle the entire purchase process essentially via email, and met only to sign on the dotted line. No games, no gimmicks, no upsell, or last minute changes to the already agreed upon numbers. One of the easiest car purchases I've made. Highly recommend!
