Don’t waste your time with this dealership. They’re asleep at the wheel. Spent a day there to buy a new vehicle. Why it took them a day I don’t know. Too busy eating their Taco Bell and talking about their shoes. Multiple layers of management and sales people. And finance people and business people. Only for them to realize at the end of day that they gave me the wrong VIN. All financing and insurance was on the wrong VIN. And this at 5pm on the last day of the month with an end of month deal. Makes me wonder whether they had any intention of honoring the deal. Happily taking my business to another Toyota dealership which genuinely cares about their customers with attention to detail. More
