Forced me to apply through Toyota Financing even when I had my own through my credit union. They "didn't trust my credit union would pay" 128 percent above the MSRP because of a $10,000 dealer mark-up they had my own through my credit union. The likely get a commission for submitting and approving credit applications for buyers. Left a sour taste in my mouth, considering I paid $67,000 for a Sienna. Poor customer service. I've used my credit union for over 8 years and changed 8 cars over this period. They've never given me problems. Even allowed for negative equity in addition to dealer mark-ups. I've never had any dealership subject me to what these guys did. Very humiliating. Additionally, they only gave me one key fob. Maybe this is the norm for Toyota dealerships. Definitely don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Honestly Koons Annapolis may have sold me a lemon car , at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financ at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financial director we insisted on the Subaru one that had too much mileage when we never did!! If you are a salesperson or are trying make a deal you appeal to the customer not put words in their mouths this is absolutely outrageous what he did and it wasn't right !! Though we didn't find out until he gave us the car after we signed all the papers because the lady who was finalizing the papers didn't say the interest rate or what we signed up for all she said was sign sign sign , didn't give us a chance to read what we were getting into. Now we decided to give the car a chance see if we liked 2 months we had in those 2 months we didn't drive the car for a month(we have proof through our home cameras and neighbors) the first week of the 2 month we decide to drive the car the transmission went out so if we were driving this car lets say the first week of getting it would the transmission have busted out sooner?! Not only that we were the Subaru had no accidents and when we take it to Car max all of a sudden it had an accident!! I know that it is unenviably for a used car not to have an accident but to not report to the buyer that is not right. Not to mention if we are calmly trying to speak out our concerns on the first go and you come off more defensive then you should you are guilty and you know it because I have recorded conversations on how maurice and Suheil have spoken to me to in a very defensive and aggressive tone that i do not appreciate the customer service shown after the transmission went out terrible how are you going to leave me more in debt with another car above my own price range and add the price of the previous car. Also the car was in the dealership for a Month a month and practically 2 weeks the amount of money wasted on UBER because of this!! Honestly if you are going to buy a car from maurice be careful who knows maybe he will sell you a lemon car like he did to us , and try to play victim right after. Let me say one more thing we got the transmission fixed but that car is not the same the man who worked in Services who attended to us and gave the car back told us Koons Annapolis Toyota did NOT do the inspection on the car correctly and thoroughly because if they did they would have NOT sold me that car. More

Pricing very competitive, in fact effectively so that I decided not to visit another dealership to compare prices. Salesperson made my trip very easy, and got down to business as I already knew what I wanted. I appreciated the personal conversation and discussion of car features, etc. There was no uncomfortable pressure, especially when I indicated that I'd be leaving to check into another dealership, they were confident on their prices. Finance manager was equally respectful and informative, and spent time discussing available service/warranty options, and didn't go down any avenues of questioning my judgement when I was not interested in an offering, in fact he took the time assessing my situation and values (I'm fairly utilitarian on cars) to discuss what options would not benefit me. Picking up the car the day after, the car was pulled up clean and ready to go, the lady in the front greeted me by name (don't ask me how she knew), and the salesman met me at the door to quickly walk through remaining steps. Finance manager left the middle of a deal with another customer to have me sign some paperwork to get me quickly on my way with the new car (which I appreciated!) Product specialist was eager to sit in the car with me to show me all the features, etc but I was in a hurry and had to tell him I needed to go (he was disappointed). All around great service from all involved! General manager stepped in to make sure I was getting taken care of etc, very respectful folks. More
