Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a recall item.Dealership Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a recall item. Dealership charged me for the following things they did not do: 1. State Inspection! $35 2. Cabin Air Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a recall item. Dealership charged me for the following things they did not do: 1. State Inspection! $35 2. Cabin Air filter that was not replaced, $65 3. When I took my vehicle in the A/C was working but wasn't when I took it home. They claim no responsibility and it cost me $176 to get it fixed at my regular mechanic. Will not recommend to everyone I know. This is NOT the place to go for sevice. Talking to the high and mighty service manager did nothing but raise my blood pressure. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! More

Wow. It’s like they were trying to talk us out of buying a car. Amro ( I think that was his name) was very unhelpful. He reluctantly let us drive two vehicles. My initial experience via Internet was good and when I met with the sales person, he was also very good. I was ready with my checkbook in hand to put down a deposit. On Friday my wife and I brought our 2016 RAV4 in for its 65,000 mile checkup. We were expecting a routine tire rotation and check of everything. While waiting we got a call from William the service advisor. He wanted to discuss something. He said that they discovered a bad seal on the water pump and a belt that was in tough shape. We were invited to meet with the mechanic at the car to see the issues. This was a great discovery because this was to e the last visit under the extended warranty. What was expected to be a routine visit worked out very well. Thank you Prime Toyota. More
