The worst dealership I ever ever worked with. They saw a young female come in and completely screwed me. Gave me a new sales person who did not know their business practices. Sent me off the lot in the new car for it to have damage and was told they were sorry for inconvenience and that the car was scheduled to be fixed and the salesperson shouldn’t have let me take it. I was sent all over the place with communication from salesperson. I finally brought the car back to be met with that it would be taken care of on Monday when was originally told Friday. After talking with general manager I requested my trade in vehicle back as they didn’t have me set up with insurance yet, I was still getting payment reminders on my trade in. They told me fine after met with attitude. I was then approached 15 minutes later with them telling me they already paid off my loan so I could not get my car back and was stuck with new car. I am now in the dark from the general manager after he promised to make my first payment due to the inconvenience and have not heard back from them and first payment is in two weeks. On top of all that I was pressured into their Toyota care warranty. To put the cherry on top of it all! I received a Kelly blue book quote for my old car that was a 16 Corolla with 102k on it. They low balled me and offered like $7k when another dealer offered $9500. When I told them they were shocked and I was ready to leave when they came back and said they would work with me. I said I would get the 19 Rav if they matched the $9k. Mind you I had a $11,200 payoff amount that they were too stingy to match me. They literally turned around and sold my old car for $16,000. More than I originally bought that car for and more than the payoff amount was. This was awful business practices. I warn all to stay away from this dealer. Many reputable Toyota dealers in mass they have better customer services and business practices. I can’t wait to be able to go through a new dealer! More
Do NOT give this place your money. They are extremely rude, overpriced, and tried to personally give me the runaround when buying a car. First strike: They told me they would NOT allow me to use outside financing. When I asked the finance department why that was, they said that it was because checks from other institutions could bounce and the decision was coming from higher ups. Sure, dude. On top of that, the finance department was really rude—short answers, did not want to talk at all or give me useful information. Strike Two: You'd think they'd give me a lower interest rate or at least the one I had with my bank. Nope, they were going to charge me high interest that wouldn't even match what my bank would give me—they quoted me 4.9% when I could get 2.9% from my bank. No negotiating that interest rate, and I have a fantastic credit score. Strike Three: When I found the same exact car with competitive pricing from another local dealer, they tried to convince me I was being scammed by the other dealer and refused to negotiate. Koch charges at least 3k-4k over MSRP while nearby places are only charging maybe over $500. I know we have a shortage of cars, but the decision to gouge the customer shows how much they care about them. The salesman I worked with was overall very nice, but constantly had to defer to his management. Anyone else I spoke with was not kind and very short with me. The salesman was still at fault when he tried to tell me I was making a bad decision by going with another dealer for a lower price all while refusing to negotiate and work with me. Obviously, I didn't end up going with them and bought a car elsewhere for much less. The other dealer was SO much more pleasant to work with and made it clear from the beginning their goal was to make me comfortable and happy with my purchase. More
I went to have a mouse nest removed and cleaned. The fist visit they removed a nest in the engine filter. The second visit they found a nest they overlooked before in the cabin filter. Both the service & sales managers made an exception to extended warranty coverage for a remote starter that was not covered and lowered diagnostic charges to bare minimum.
