When it was time to pick up my car, Ricardo had it ready for me by the time I walked in. Even though I came in pretty almost unexpected! Once again, Ricardo greeted me and got right down to business, which I really appreciated. He went through the manuals thoroughly and walked me around the dealership so I knew where to go when I came back for service. He sat with me in the car and explained anything that may be new to me. I have nothing but great experiances with the service dept since I bought my 2011 Tundra Nov. of 2010. Although I did not buy my truck at Norm Wagner, I have had all my service done there. Due to the fac dept since I bought my 2011 Tundra Nov. of 2010. Although I did not buy my truck at Norm Wagner, I have had all my service done there. Due to the fact that I was out of town when my service light came on, I decided to do my own oil change. When I went to remove the skid plate I noticed that the screws that attach the plastic bumper piece to the skid plate were not reinstalled after one of my services. Didn't bother me too much. They're easily replaced. My reason for the "Bad" mark in the Quality of Work section is the fact that I could not remove the cover for the filter housing because it was so tight. I actually broke (2) filter wrenches trying to get it off. Unfortunately I had already drained the oil and had to put the new oil in with an old filter. I will continue to use Norm Wagner for my service, but needed to express my disappointment in this. Thanks More

We needed a car that has great gas mileage and we needed special features for my husband’s new job and money is tight for us. I went to get the inspection sticker for the new car which was no cost to us when you purchase a new car. It was raining and the best part is you don’t have to get out of your car in the rain. You pull into the service center and go right into the waiting room and they call you when your car is finished. I pulled out of the service center without getting wet.
