10,000 mile checkup You just drive through the door (it opens when you get in front of it) so you don't have to find a place to park and walk through whatever weather. Waiting area is pleasant and car was ready in exact time I was told it would be. Service Person told me exactly what was done and even told me some of the results and I was given a print out of all that was checked with the results. I have never had dealer service this good. More

I am in the market for a 2014 Highlander after seeing it at a local car show. I had 5-6 dealerships contact me after showing interest in the vehicle & giving my info. Roxy emailed me & then called me to get exactly what I wanted, she stated she had access to 4 other Toyota locations that Prime Auto Group owns. She said once any of the 3 colors I am interested in came in she would contact me, then went on to say she could have those vehicle brought in to the Lancaster location for me to see AT NO COST TO ME...are you kidding, what dealership would ever charge a customer to look at a vehicle they have for sale??? Since our first contact the last week of January, she has sent emails to me saying she has a large selection of left over new and used cars, we went over this in our first emails and phone conversations, I am looking at this SUV because of the new body style, I don't want a used car or last year's body style. Last week I happened to be in the area and stopped by the dealership, low & behold 2 of the 3 colors I am interested are on the lot. I was there over 15 minutes looking at the different colors and interior options, employees had the door open pulling vehicles in & out of the dealership, some going right by were I was, not one said hi, can I help you, nothing, nada, no acknowledgement I was there at all. It's been a week, still no email from Roxy that she has 2 of the colors now in stock, but she did send an email wondering if I am still interested in making a purchase....really? I sent her an email letting her know that maybe she should check her inventory once in a while since I was there last week and she has all most of the new colors in stock. If a dealership can't be bothered with basic customer service when they are trying to take money out of my pocket, I can't imagine how bad they would be to deal with once I made a purchase there! One of the businesses out there that I guess doesn't need any new business, they won't be getting mine. They have purchased this location from a family owned business that was run well (Wagner Toyota), that is the 4.8-5.0 ratings you are seeing, the lower ratings are since this the dealership is under the new Prime ownership. When you go to their fb page, there are all 5 stars reviews, click on them, they are all done by their own employees at Prime dealerships, so tacky & sleazy! More

they list a car on auto trader for a price and then after a week they jack up the price by a thousand dollars. and not only that when you go into their web site the same car is listed for even more. i after a week they jack up the price by a thousand dollars. and not only that when you go into their web site the same car is listed for even more. i have never heard of a dealer doing that. i have seen them reduce the amount but never go up. so buyers beware if you find a car you like listed on any site but NORM WAGNER official site the prices will more then likely not jive. i have to stop now because i am so Peed off that they hiked up the price of the car a wanted. I took my Toyota Tundra in for an oil change on 3 occasions. I let them know my brakes were vibrating a bit and to take a look at them. I was hoping to avoid a costly repair down the road. When time for my next oil change I sent it to my local mechanic and asked him to check the brakes also. He said I needed new rotors and brake pads on all 4 tires. i was trying to avoid this by having the dealer check them. Total cost is about $850. The truck only has 33000 miles on it. I took it back to the dealer to see what they would due since they failed to properly diagnose this on 3 attempts. They wouldn't do any thing and would not even acknowledge that they were at fault. I understand brakes are not covered but if they would have told me the pads need to be changed I could have avoided replacing all 4 rotors. They apparently have techs that don't know what they are doing and have even worse customer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Assuming we're still living in the area when it's time for our next Corolla (or possibly Camry next time?) I have no doubt we'll be back at Norm Wagner. More
My wife had been in a major accident and her 2007 Rav 4 was a total loss. We stopped at Norm Wagner Toyota to look at the new Rav 4. We were greeted by Ricardo Oliveira, who was very friendly and not at all pushy. He took his time and showed us many of the different models, colors and options. Ricardo was extremely knowledgable and helpful Having previously looked at prices online and at other dealerships we were very pleased with the cost of our purchase. Custumer service was excellent and when we picked up our new Rav 4, it was waiting for us inside the garage all cleaned, with new plates, inspection sticker and a full tank of gas. Ricardo took the time to once again go over the entire vehicle explaining all the features etc. I would highly reccomend this dealership and will be returning there for our next vehicle. More

Ricardo Oliveria was the associate I worked with, and he was really excellent in every respect. I found him to be knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and personable..... and he did not need to exhibit a heavy sales pitch. I would certainly be willing to recommend Norm Wagner Toyota to anyone!
