I requested a synthetic oil change, the brakes to be checked, and the undercarriage to be checked as my husband noticed something hanging lower than usual. After the service the representative went through the paperwork with me, explaining the findings. When I asked about the undercarriage, the representative immediately cheched under the car and found that it had not been taken care of. He had me wait while he took the car back for a missing screw to be installed. I didn't mind waiting. For me, the fact that the gentleman made sure the error was corrected was a plus! More

Maintenance and schedule I enjoy the easy online scheduling process. I show up at my allotted time and the technician walks me through their plan. Had my car towed into prime on Tuesday mid morning, Mark quickly gave me a call when he received the car to discuss what was going on from my perspect Had my car towed into prime on Tuesday mid morning, Mark quickly gave me a call when he received the car to discuss what was going on from my perspective. He quickly got to work and figured out what the issue and set fair expectation on time and budget to get everything fixed. Mark ended up over delivering on his commitments and had my car back to me early and less expensive then we originally anticipated. I would highly recommend Mark and will be back again when needed. Lack of communication, customer service, and reliability The sales person I had, Walter , was very professional and very helpful along with Richard on the sales team. However the dealership didnt have the title which was no big deal, I paid in full with a check on a Saturday while waiting for the title Prime toyota on rt 2 Lancaster was supposed to clean and buff the car before I picked up which was depending on when the title came in. However the title came in on the Friday after I had purchased the car, I had to call and leave voicemails over the course of the two days ( Walter was out those two days) as I asked for anyone to help me confirm that the title was or wasn't there nobody returned my calls. I had left over 5 messages with "managers" on the sales department Not one call back until finally Friday at 1:30 I had called and someone with the name of Richard helped me out. So I left work early to get the car. When i arrived the car had to be reconditioned( cleaned) before I could take it home. A week after i bought the car the car was not cleaned. So i had to wait hours before i could take the car home. Was not satisfied with the customer service that I received. The buying process at this dealership was stressful and frustrating as I had to keep calling around. Now note that everytime I had gone into the dealership there were "managers" walking around and laughing having a good time. I'm just curious where they were when all I wanted was a confirmation on my title. Would not recommend to anyone that wants a professional dealership. However they had agreed to take care of a dent that was on the car, which in my eyes wasn't worth the hassle I had to go through. Walter and Richard helped me greatly, as for the rest I would recommend following Walter and Richard to see how customer service is supposed to be. More
