We use their service and parts department for regular maintenance on both our vehicles. I have had exceptional service with all the staff and mechanics over these many years. Yesterday I came in for the replacement of a lost hubcap on my 2011 Corolla. To my surprise and great appreciation, Prime Toyota’s parts department replaced my hubcap free of charge. ( a $100 purchase). What a marvelous feeling to be so appreciated for loyal service to their high quality service department. I did not ask or expect this gesture of customer care. Thank you Prime Toyota for having such a personal touch in your business. I will continue to buy and bring my cars to Prime Toyota for years to come.
