The salesman was very pushy on knowing how much of a down payment I would be putting down and when we would be in to finalize the deal. Wanted to make sure I got the down payment amount to him the next morning so they could process the credit application. I called him first thing the next morning with the information and asked him to get back to me with my interest rate options. He responded with "we will do that when you come in to sign paperwork to finalize everything" I tried to tell him the amount of the down payment and he didn't care as" we will do it all when you come in" I asked him to do it ahead of time so if I wanted to research my own rates I could. No avail getting that done. I called the general sales manager ( whom I also had been dealing with) 4 times that day with no return call from him. I called the main number and the women I spoke to said she would tell the general sale manager to call me. Still no return call! I finally called back and asked to speak with the general manager of the dealership. I did get results speaking with him. When we went to sign the final paper work and loan agreement, they told us the monthly payment and it did not seem right to me. I asked to see a copy of the contract and checked it with my initial agreement and guess what they forgot to take the discount off the price. Not a very good experience here for my first time with this dealership. More

Didn't fill tire pressure Had oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. After service was complete and was driving home, I realized the tire pressure light was still on. The technician never filled my tires up and didn't notice the light while in the car. When I go to the dealership I expect better service than Midas, which was not the case this time. Had to drive back, and wait another fifteen minutes to get the tires filled up and my car retuned again. More

Value Their Customers My husband and I have been customers at Prime Toyota for over 10 years. We use their service and parts department for regular maintenance on both our vehicles. I have had exceptional service with all the staff and mechanics over these many years. Yesterday I came in for the replacement of a lost hubcap on my 2011 Corolla. To my surprise and great appreciation, Prime Toyota’s parts department replaced my hubcap free of charge. ( a $100 purchase). What a marvelous feeling to be so appreciated for loyal service to their high quality service department. I did not ask or expect this gesture of customer care. Thank you Prime Toyota for having such a personal touch in your business. I will continue to buy and bring my cars to Prime Toyota for years to come. Special thanks to your Parts Department for such a generous gesture to an aging retiree!!! More
