Here is what I will tell you about these surveys. So, I have to start off by explaining that I have worked in high-end sales leadership for well over a decade. I also live and die by the survey. That being said, I was pretty disappointed and left feeling rubbed the wrong way after my experience on 31 October, 2018. I have been going to this location for at least eight years now(well before Wagner himself passed away), and have dealt with just about every individual in the sales and service departments of this particular location. They were very busy and rushing, which is understandable, however I was totally disgusted by the way that this survey was presented to me. Now, again, I have worked with this individual many times, and perhaps it was a bad day or the rushed that had him flustered, but his exact words to me as I was scooted out the door were, "If you get a survey, I need all tens." Uh.... what now?! Now, as I said prior, I also live and die by these surveys. I understand that we 'need' all tens, and I also understand that within this particular industry, most of the time your commission is withheld if you are scored less than a 10. That being said, it would be a cold day in xxxx before I would ever actually say that to a Guest and my team would be documented verbally, at bare minimum, if this was ever the way the expectation was set for a survey. Using this style of verbiage clearly depicts to the customer that the number on a survey places value over the Guests' personal experience. Of course, I have the highest score possible, as Christmas is coming after all.... but let this be a lesson in proper customer service!!! More

Once we came into the dealership he introduced us to Alex Citron, she was OUTSTANDING. Answered every single question we had along the way. We had picked out the car we wanted which was a 2018 Rav4. With the persistence of Hitesh Patel in the Business Management office he is a true shark and gets you the best deal possible! He is very blunt and to the point, which is very admirable. What a smooth buying expirence. Both my partner and myself drove off tonight more than excited with our new Rav4. Thank you RTE 2 Prime! I will be referring all my friends and family members to Prime Rte 2. More
Service Called with a flat tire and they were able to see me right away. Then they drove me to work. Oil change paid but wasn't done, oil left dirty & quart low! I came into the dealer expressly to get an oil change/standard service. Waited at dealership for an hour while they "did the work". A week later I had my mechanic do some work on my FJ and they pointed out that I needed an oil change as the state of the oil was very poor... dirty and a full quart low. Shocked, I drove right over and verified/saw with my own eye's the state of the oil at the mechanic. Turns out, Prime Toyota didn't do the oil change at all... left the oil as it was and charged me for the service! I am fuming and will NEVER use Prime Toyota for any service or new vehicle purchase again... after purchasing 2 vehicles with them in the last 10 years (Prius & FJ) I am seriously disappointed!!! More

My personal opinion go shopping around and then go to them you will notice the difference right away from their staff to their prices. More
