The most pleasant experience ever! I can not tell you how pleasant my experience was! It was the most totally unbelievable! I knew I wanted to buy a Taucoma and had gone to IRA in Man I can not tell you how pleasant my experience was! It was the most totally unbelievable! I knew I wanted to buy a Taucoma and had gone to IRA in Manchester because I had saw a truck online I was interested in. It turned out to be the most horrific, stressful time I have ever had. Needless to say, I was very reluctant heading out again to another dealership. I arrived at Prime in Leominster knowing what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I just arrived on the lot when I was approached by a very pleasant employee named Jay, i believe he was finance manager . I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for a trade in in my present vehicle. He said no problem we can work it out. He directed me to head into dealership and he would send a sales person to help me. That was when I met Walter! Walter was an angel! He helped me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Toyota is so lucky to have such an incredible employee. I was there with my daughter and 4 yo granddaughter and made sure we were all comfortable. He worked in a timely matter and did not leave us sitting around for long periods of time. He was very respectful of our time and did not leave one detail out! I left in my new truck with the best feeling ever!! I got the truck I wanted, the price for the trade in I wanted and felt Like I was family!! I will never go any where else and feel proud to be part of the Toyota family!!! More
