I already had knowledge of Kline Volvo from their website and was impressed. The site was easy to navigate and informative. My husband, son (2 1/2) and me went to test drive the XC60. The first person to greet us with bottled waters in his hand was Peter. Peter is genuinely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire day pleasant and there was no tension or pressure in the air; which is why I think my son was exquisitely behaved. Our quick test drive turned into an eight hour day. It was a long day but pleasant and in the end we did decide to buy the XC60 in the customer color Orinocco Blue. I probably spelled that wrong. Peter worked with us to help us get the family, safe and reliable car I was hoping we would be able to afford based upon our monthly car payment we decided on. The XC60 is perfect for us in every way. Peter also spent an hour and 30 minutes with me today getting 'Lola' that is my car's name (she is sassy) set up completely and went over the entire car from top to bottom. I have never had any car dealership or salesperson go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction and happiness with my car and the dealership.
