This was my first experience buying a Volvo car. I picked this dealership because according to the reviews they were very easy to work with and since they've been around since I was born - I thought t picked this dealership because according to the reviews they were very easy to work with and since they've been around since I was born - I thought that was a good sign! And it was, I worked with Peter as my sales guy. The whole process went very fast for me, as a car was on the lot that I was interested in. Throughout the whole buying process everyone was very nice and friendly and no pressure. They informed me of things, but never pressured me to buy or upgrade anything. I went to all three Volvo dealerships in the Twin Cities, and had a good experience at all of them. We tried numerous vehicles, including other competitors in class. But, it was the sensibilities of Volvo design, service, and value that presuaded us to purchase from Kline. Jessica faciliated an amazing purchase process that wasn't even the least bit stressful. Both Jessica and Melissa provided us with options for comparisons to find the best vehicle to meet our needs, goals and budget. Amelie helped us with our immediate service needs of a few accessories and even submitted the rebate without us even knowing--again, so we would receive the best value. My husband has dreamt of owning a C70 since they rolled off the manufacturing line, and the employees at Kline Volvo helped to make it possible. There is no lack of interest and on to the next customer with these three. We stopped in the next day (Sat) for a forgotten item in the traded car, and parts we had ordered had already arrived. Talk about service!!! We are a three Volvo car family and intend to continue to purchase our Volvo's from Kline. More
