He efficiently checked me in and with in minutes my car was on its way to the service area. I love the new look the dealership has and was greeted by Karlene Byrnes who gave me a tour. The sales area is a wonderful design to inspect the many vehicles on display. The customer waiting area is very comfortable with private areas to work on computers and have a snack and cup of coffee. The car was finished quickly and Bo reviewed the work completed and walked me to the cashier's desk. The car was cleaned and looked perfect. They found that some issues could be cleared up, but others would need to be repaired. They gave me a list of the issues with the cost for each, including a few non-airbag issues that would total about $2000 to make. I then talked the matter over with Bo Dunaski, whom I have a great deal of trust in. Because of this, I was able to make an informed judgment about the relative risk of purchasing this vehicle.
