Long distance made easy. I bought a Volvo XC70 sight unseen from Peter Carlson at Kline Volvo. From our first conversations online he made it easy and painless. I flew into Minneapolis to buy the car and drive it home. Peter picked me up at the airport at 8:30 AM, drove me to the dealership, spent the entire morning making sure I loved the car, taking it on a test drive, explaining all options. He made sure I would be comfortable driving the car off the lot and 7 hours back home. I was on the road before noon. Melissa Daugherty worked with me on the purchase. She contacted me by phone before I arrived and had everything ready when I walked into her office. Easy and pleasant! More
