Poor service/workmanship with no resolution Had my Volvo in for routine service and to get a simple floor mat post fixed. Took almost three hours, two tries, and still wasn't done right. Three Had my Volvo in for routine service and to get a simple floor mat post fixed. Took almost three hours, two tries, and still wasn't done right. Three weeks later after completing a durvey and writing an email to the service manager and general manager, there's been no follow-up to resolve the situation. Apparently customers are expendable here. More

Long distance made easy. I bought a Volvo XC70 sight unseen from Peter Carlson at Kline Volvo. From our first conversations online he made it easy and painless. I flew into I bought a Volvo XC70 sight unseen from Peter Carlson at Kline Volvo. From our first conversations online he made it easy and painless. I flew into Minneapolis to buy the car and drive it home. Peter picked me up at the airport at 8:30 AM, drove me to the dealership, spent the entire morning making sure I loved the car, taking it on a test drive, explaining all options. He made sure I would be comfortable driving the car off the lot and 7 hours back home. I was on the road before noon. Melissa Daugherty worked with me on the purchase. She contacted me by phone before I arrived and had everything ready when I walked into her office. Easy and pleasant! More
