Poor service/workmanship with no resolution Had my Volvo in for routine service and to get a simple floor mat post fixed. Took almost three hours, two tries, and still wasn't done right. Three weeks later after completing a durvey and writing an email to the service manager and general manager, there's been no follow-up to resolve the situation. Apparently customers are expendable here. More
