Sam Petty is a great technician at Kline Volvo! I recently have my 2012 Volvo S60 T6AWD Polestar serviced at KlineVolvo. The technician performed the service is Sam Petty. It was the first time for I recently have my 2012 Volvo S60 T6AWD Polestar serviced at KlineVolvo. The technician performed the service is Sam Petty. It was the first time for Sam working on my car, as he just joined KlineVolvo recently. After he changed oil for my car, he prepared two PostIts, and listed all issues he identified for the car, then he lifted the car, and opened the bottom protective cover under engine, and shown me and explained to me where the issues are, and the severity is for each issues, like oil damp, dripping. It helps me to understand what issues should be taken immediate attention, and which can be waited for awhile. I am grateful for the excellent service, and accurate information which Sam has provided to me, this is the great service I never expected before. Sam is not only one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have met at KlineVolvo, he is also one of the most caring ones there. I love the service from Sam! People like Sam made KlineVolvo a trusty and desirable place for my Volvo car's service and repair needs. More
Save money at Kline Volvo! I have two Volvo's. A 2002 XC70 with 332,000 miles and a 2012 with 91,000 miles. I purchased them from Borton Volvo but Kline has helped me keep them I have two Volvo's. A 2002 XC70 with 332,000 miles and a 2012 with 91,000 miles. I purchased them from Borton Volvo but Kline has helped me keep them running and saving me money in the process. Scott Mueliner has been my service representative over the years. I have a high mileage membership so I receive a nice discount on work done on that car. Recently my wife and I were on vacation in Wisconsin, in the 2012 Volvo. My check engine light came on. I called Borton and they said it was a emission sensor and just turn the gas cap on tight. The light should go out. It didn't. Two weeks later I was in town for a day. Took the car to Borton and was told it would cost $1,050 to replace the sensor. I called Kline Volvo and was told the part number I had should not cost that much to replace. I took it in next time I was in town and Scott had me back on the road again at a cost of $457.00. Scott saved me $543.00 More

Outstanding buying experience Truly an outstanding experience buying a new vehicle. We knew we wanted a new XC90 and we went directly to Kline. We are new to Minnesota, but Kline's excellent reputation is so widely known in the Twin Cities, that every person we asked about Volvos directed is to Kline. Melissa Rich did an excellent job orienting us to the different models and Kline had a huge selection of XC90s to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted and made a great deal. We are believers in Safety First, and no manufacturer is more committed to driver and passenger safety than Volvo. So that makes brand choice easy. Kline made our purchase the best buying experience I have ever had. I plan to trade my 2013 XC 90 for a new V60XC in the near term. I will go directly to Kline and to Melissa Rich to make that transaction. Every person we dealt with at Kline from the reception desk to service and finance treated us with respect and made us feel like the most important customers of the month! We observed their treatment of other customers as well and they consistently deliver on their commitment to customer service. I am truly impressed with their operation and they earn my business and my customer loyalty by impressing me further every time I call. I think other dealerships could take a variety of great lessons from Kline, but as a customer, I'll just go to Kline every time. Easy. More
