Excellent Service and Customer Support This past week I scheduled my car for a routine oil service. The night before, my credit card was placed on the center armrest and somehow it slipped This past week I scheduled my car for a routine oil service. The night before, my credit card was placed on the center armrest and somehow it slipped beneath the leather cover. When I arrived for the service I advised Bo what happened and told him I could not pay for the service because my credit card was somewhere inside the center section and I would like them to get it out first if possible. If they did not have enough time to find it and do the oil service I would understand but I needed to get the card first. After he smiled, he said he would see what could be done. After about fourty minutes the car was ready to go and they dug the credit card out, did the oil service, and washed it. I call that EXCELLENT service! More
