They were straight and to the point with pricing, financing, and even went the extra step to try to find rebates that might apply. Tiffany and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with, and we left with a new car and feeling confident that we made the right decision on where and what we purchased! I have never had such a hassle- free purchase. I have purchased many vehicles before and was ready for battle. Dallin suggested I fill out a credit application online since time was pressing, he called t purchased many vehicles before and was ready for battle. I was ready to settle for a small sedan but he gave me choices in larger sedans for a much smaller price! I couldn't believe it. All I had to do was show up, he had everything ready to sign, seal and deliver. I did not feel pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle I didn't want, he actually sold me a better vehicle. I never thought I could purchase a brand new vehicle in my wildest dreams, but Dallin made it happen! Mike L. completed financing and was just as friendly, he meant what he said and said what he meant, no hidden agenda. Overall, customer service felt personal. The Kisselback Ford Dealership was also extremely child friendly and so were the employees which is rare now a days. Guys, I can't thank you enough. I am speechless.
