My experience with Kisselback Ford was a great one. My father and I shopped around what seemed like every dealership in Central Florida to find a good deal on a used car. They were straight and to the point with pricing, financing, and even went the extra step to try to find rebates that might apply. Tiffany and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with, and we left with a new car and feeling confident that we made the right decision on where and what we purchased! I have never had such a hassle- free purchase. I have purchased many vehicles before and was ready for battle. Dallin suggested I fill out a credit application online since time was pressing, he called t purchased many vehicles before and was ready for battle. I was ready to settle for a small sedan but he gave me choices in larger sedans for a much smaller price! I couldn't believe it. All I had to do was show up, he had everything ready to sign, seal and deliver. I did not feel pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle I didn't want, he actually sold me a better vehicle. I never thought I could purchase a brand new vehicle in my wildest dreams, but Dallin made it happen! Mike L. completed financing and was just as friendly, he meant what he said and said what he meant, no hidden agenda. Overall, customer service felt personal. The Kisselback Ford Dealership was also extremely child friendly and so were the employees which is rare now a days. Guys, I can't thank you enough. I am speechless. My sales person (Mr. Dallin Jones) worked very hard in finding the right truck for me and I really appreciate it. He found exactly what I was looking for along with a price that was perfect for my budget. He was very knowledgeable about Ford trucks and was an excellent listener when I had a lot of questions about buying a new truck that would be right for me. Also, I was very impressed with the manager, Mr. Mike Blackmon who personally thanked me for buying from their dealership; however, it was more like thank you for providing me with a excellent dealership that was so close to my home.
