A couple of weeks ago, I bought my first car. I had no idea where to even start, so I just walked in one day and told them that I wanted to buy a car. Kim was so awesome I told her my price range, and wh idea where to even start, so I just walked in one day and told them that I wanted to buy a car. Kim was so awesome I told her my price range, and what I was looking for and we made a B line for a 2011 Focus. After a couple of weeks of negotiating we finally came to an agreement, and I was able to drive home my almost brand new car. Everyone in the sales dept were so awesome, after I signed the papers everyone was lined up at the door waiting to shake my hand thank and congratulate me. About a week later I discovered a nail in my tire, the leak was so slow that I wasn't sure if it was in the tire when I got it or not. Cheri over in the service center was so awesome and took care of it for me. Because of the awesome customer service experience that I had, I plan to send all my friends and family over for sales and service. When its time for me to buy again, I will definitely go back and see the folks at Kisselback Ford. More

Two weeks ago, Mr. Pollard and the cool folks at Kisselback Ford sold me my first car. The friendly, helpful service helped me reach this milestone. Before meeting with Mr. Pollard I'd test driven a handful of cars and was so up in the air with all of them. Two weeks ago I test drove a Ford Fiesta, which I thought would be way out of my price range. I told Mr. Pollard I loved the car, and he helped me get it at a price I could afford. Next thing you know, I'm buying my first car. What took me months to decide with other cars took me one day at this dealership. I'm going on two weeks with my little Fiesta and (after all the first buyer paranoia has begun to fade) I can finally say it was the right decision.
