Jerry was more than accommodating as well! The group at Kisselback Ford accommodated our every need from working with us from out of town since we were an hour away and then providing a great experience at the dealership. They had our truck detailed and ready to go when we got there so all we had to do was test drive, talk numbers, and complete paperwork! There was no high pressure sales pitch just a friendly explanation of the features of each car I drove . When I finally decided to buy a Ford Explorer he was able to get me the vehicle I wanted with all the features I asked for. When closing the deal some extra warranties and services were offered but easily declined without any pressure. As a woman making a car deal can be intimidating, but I left there feeling I was treated fairly and with respect. I have bought from several dealers in central florida and would say this was my best experience. More

the best car buying experience i have ever had. They went over and above to get me in a vehicle that fit my needs and far surpassed my expectations from the sales person to her manager to the financing. I came in late and the whole process took them into past normal business hours but i never felt that it was a problem they were there to get me in the vehicle i wanted with a great attitude. My credit was an isuue and knew financing would be a hurdle but they got me a great deal and never made me feel like there was any issues at all. Can't say enough they have my reccomandation for life and anyone i can send their way i will gladly do it! More

Since my wife and I arrived to the dealership Tonya took care of us all the time. She showed us all the cars with their features. at the time of negotiation we didn't feel any pressure.
