I left you a voicemail yesterday (Monday) and called this morning (Tuesday) after 9am but all I get is your voicemail. I guess, like all the other staff at KIA of Frisco that I have tried to contact and talk to, you are also not reachable. So sad a situation. I hope someone can "step in" and fix these problems.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning. Yes, I was not in my office for the call last night nor this morning. I will speak with those involved regarding how responsive we are. As far as the vehicle, I am sorry that it experienced a failure, I have verified that the technician did not clear any codes based on the readiness monitors having passed on the state inspection. I understand that we are unwinding the deal and you will be sending us the key. Again, thank you for your time.
