They will try to sell you vehicles with check engine lights, claim that they will fix it before releasing the vehicle to you if you put a small refundable down payment pay on the vehicle. While they have my money, I've noticed that the vehicle they told me they could no longer sell me is back on their website for sale. More

From the moment we arrived we felt like our business did not matter to them. Since we did not have an appointment verbiage was thrown around about how they will have to bounce back and forth between their a not matter to them. They said they only had one vehicle on their lot that we were looking for when in fact they had 8 and we ended up being shown six of those 8. They were unwilling to make a deal and offered us 6k under what KBB and other dealers had offered us for our car. Supposedly because they don’t mark up their used vehicles(which was the funniest of all the lies we heard) There is a lot of show boating/gloating going on here. Do not waste your time! We drove over to another Kia dealership in the area and walked out with exactly what we wanted! More
