My son and I went in to test drive and potentially drive a used EV fro Kia of Carson and had a several specific questions we needed answered before we would commit. James was very patient, kind, helpful and productive! We were able to get a good deal and leave with our "new to us" EV in under four hours from first arriving to driving off the lot.
