This is NOT your standard dealership with sharks waiting to pounce as you step onto the property. Anyone who ever bought a Toyota, Nissan, or Lexus on Van Nuys auto row knows what I mean. This Kia dealership has the feel of a small family-owned business. I was upset at first because no one approached me, until I met Howard in his casual shorts walking around who explained that this was intentional. He introduced me to Austin, one of his salesmen, who was more of a source of information than a salesman. It was a great experience where everyone was welcoming, friendly, wanting to help and not pushing anything on you -- from the first person I met to the finance manager at the end. Even after the sale was complete and the facility had closed, Aman offered to spend some time explaining all of the features of the car until I was completely satisfied. This was beyond all my expectations. I purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and love it. It has the feel of a Lexus for a very reasonable price and I'm averaging 35 mpg in mixed driving. I now really enjoy driving 30 miles to work each day. Thank you to everyone at Kia. More
