TOOK MY KIA SEDONA FOR SERVICE SINCE I HAD MAJOR WORK DONE ON IT IN SANTA ROSA DEALERSHIP. Friends and family say not to go to dealerships for car servicing since they are more expensive than other places. However, I know from many experiences with Kia Sherman Oaks staff that I can always depen servicing since they are more expensive than other places. However, I know from many experiences with Kia Sherman Oaks staff that I can always depend on getting great car servicing at the price they quote and I never have to go back and say something isn't right! The guys in the front office always are looking to see if there are any specials relative to what I need done. And they are very honest and truthful in letting me know what should or should not be done to my car. I plan on getting a new vehicle in the next year and will defintely be going to Kia Sherman Oaks. I was visiting family in the area and had a problem with my transmission. I brought the car in and was assisted right away. When a problem was diagnosed that could take a few days, a loaner car was arranged my transmission. I brought the car in and was assisted right away. When a problem was diagnosed that could take a few days, a loaner car was arranged and I was on my way in a few hours. I received telephone updates during the process and was notified when the car was ready for pick up. All repairs were satisfactory and the car seems fine now. My experience with Kia of Sherman Oaks was very positive and all employees were knowledgeable and professional. More
these guys are always helpful and cheerful. My car is always finished ahead of schedule. Absolutely no complaints at all! I bought my 2012 KIA forte from them and could no be more satisfied. Ron was wonderful, he was no pressure and no xx. I felt good about the price, and did not feel cheated by any means. This is only my second car, so I was very reluctant to just plunge into anything. I did much careful shopping, and am so happy with the forte. I think I might've forked over a little more for the upgraded engine, but other than that, I am so happy with it. The Rio 5 and new non hybrid optima are great as well. Also their warranty is just as good as Hyundai's. More
