I purchased my KIA in December, 2011 through the COSTCO car program. The sales staff members I worked with at the time of purchase were very friendly, informative, and thorough. I received a few phone calls within a month of purchasing the car just to see if I had any issues or follow up questions and to thank me again for choosing their dealership. I have since taken the car in twice for warranty servicing. Both times there was little to no wait to be helped. The servicing was completed in less time then anticipated, and their waiting room was very well maintained. Thy explained everything they did during the service and again, called within a week and sent a follow up email to confirm everything was fine. They always send me service coupons to use for each servicing. I could not be happier with my experiences with this dealership and highly recommend them. Oh, and I LOVE the car! More
