excellent experience We arrived at Key Scales and immediately greeted by the salesperson. They directed us to our salesperson Jonathan. We met with him and he knew from our phone discussion what we were looking for on a trade. He had a new Explorer ready for our road test. During the test he explained all the accessories and how they worked. He was extremely through. and a hands on demonstration. Back at the dealership we sat down for the numbers. Keyes scales gave us a great trade in allowance for our vehicle and a great price on the new vehicle we wanted to purchase. At no time was there any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Before signing the papers Jonathan advised us of another $1000 rebate which would start the next day. We delayed signing till the next day to receive the additional rebate on top of the existing ones. Most dealers would have had you sign and drive and hopefully you wouldn't find out about the additional rebate just to make the sale. We returned the next day and everything went smoothly. Much to our surprise while doing the numbers with Jonathan the owner of the dealership stopped at our table Harriet Scales and she thanked us for purchasing the vehicle at her dealership. My wife and I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past and never have we met the owner like I said it was quite a surprise !! It was on to finance and Bryan couldn't have been more pleasurable to work with, explaining each step as we signed the paperwork. We left Key Scales in our new 2018 Ford Explorer sport feeling we made the right decision going there to trade and purchase our ne Ford. We recommend them highly for sales and service !!!
