My husband did the initial contact via the internet. We purchased the car from Key Scales. From the original salesman to the service people that I deal with I have never felt that I was pressured into anything. My questions have been answered and all work has been done in a timely manner. They have been up front about the cost. As a woman I appreciate being talked to in a respectful manner. More
