Stayed with us till we were completely finished with our purchase. Fred was also great and took good care of us. I live about 100 miles away and the Edge ST I purchased was in route to their dealership. Jonathan was outstanding to work with. The day I picked up my ST, Jonathan was off that day, but came in to ensure everything went smoothly. I was about 20 minutes early and was met at the door and was informed that Jonathan was on his way. My experience with Jonathan and the others I interacted with, is what should be expected at all dealerships. More

2018 Ford Escape We purchased a Ford Edge earlier in the year, loved the car but the Edge was just too much for us to handle (my husband is in his late 80s and all the We purchased a Ford Edge earlier in the year, loved the car but the Edge was just too much for us to handle (my husband is in his late 80s and all the new technology was just too difficult for him). We went back to Key Scales and worked with Rich Rysell on trading in our 2015 Edge for a new 2018 Escape SEL. The Escape is much easier to handle, the color (Cinnamon Glaze) is nice and we both agree that the Navigation and Audio package is a lot easier to work with. We highly recommend Key Sales and especially Rich who worked with us on what we felt we needed in our new car. Got a great deal on the car, our trade-in value was what we were looking for, and all the discounts were greatly appreciated. We also worked with Sissy in completing all the paperwork (which drives everyone crazy) and drove our new escape out the door and on to new adventures. Thank you Rich for all your help. Sent an internet request at 10 P.M. for the vehicle. At 8:24 A.M the next morning Fred Almonte called me. We agreed on the purchase details and I received an excellent trade allowance. We went back to Key Scales even after receiving other quotes from dealership who was very pushy and using very way to get us down to their dealership. They are still calling us. Also, we just want to say that when the battery in the 2015 Escape had to be replaced, Brandy made sure that there was an available shuttle ride for work. I greatly appreciated that and didn't have to miss anytime from work. The customer services is why we went back to Key Scales. We stayed with the Escape. It is such a great make of a car, and the 2018 is better in style -more sporty. Thanks! More
