Genuinely Honest Sales Team! We went to 7 different dealerships including this one this past weekend. Unlike the others, this dealership was over the top in providing excellence. A wonderful experience from a friendly and helpful staff. We knew coming in the type of vehicle we needed and Rich Rysell was able to get us in a new Ford Explorer. We had researched SUV's online and feel that we got a good deal on a beautiful vehicle. We never expected to be driving away in our new Explorer within hours of coming to the dealership but with the great service of Rich Rysell and Jonny Hideroa things went very smoothly. We drove our Lincoln Town Car for 15 years so the time that Rich took with us to explain and set-up some of the features for us was invaluable and sending a link to my email with additional information will be helpful for us as we are a bit "technically challenged". Everyone was very friendly and professional and we look forward to a long relationship with Key Scales Ford and their wonderful staff. More
