I was very pleased with the experience of purchasing a car at your dealership....it did take more time than expected. I guess that's because of all the paperwork. After overpaying for my 2008 Mustang, you would think that this dealer would bend over backwards to assist me. First, they didn't pay off my trade for over 30 days, so I received collection calls da that this dealer would bend over backwards to assist me. First, they didn't pay off my trade for over 30 days, so I received collection calls daily from my previous loan. Second, I had asked Blake to replace a missing seat belt piece in my car on my 2nd day of ownership. He agreed to order this, however, never returned 5 calls inquiring where my part was over a 4 week period. Finally it was replaced after talking to the used car manager. I also had to make 5 trips to the dealership once because they needed something in the car from the previous owner, another trip was to resign papers, and more trips to try to resolve previous mentioned issues. On my last visit, they promised to overnight me a check for my gas. Well, here it is almost a week later and no check. STAY AWAY from this dealership!! They do not follow thru with thier promises, and thier lack of customer service is unbelievable. I don't know how they even stay in business when there are so many better dealers out there. More
