After overpaying for my 2008 Mustang, you would think that this dealer would bend over backwards to assist me. First, they didn't pay off my trade for over 30 days, so I received collection calls da that this dealer would bend over backwards to assist me. First, they didn't pay off my trade for over 30 days, so I received collection calls daily from my previous loan. Second, I had asked Blake to replace a missing seat belt piece in my car on my 2nd day of ownership. He agreed to order this, however, never returned 5 calls inquiring where my part was over a 4 week period. Finally it was replaced after talking to the used car manager. I also had to make 5 trips to the dealership once because they needed something in the car from the previous owner, another trip was to resign papers, and more trips to try to resolve previous mentioned issues. On my last visit, they promised to overnight me a check for my gas. Well, here it is almost a week later and no check. STAY AWAY from this dealership!! They do not follow thru with thier promises, and thier lack of customer service is unbelievable. I don't know how they even stay in business when there are so many better dealers out there. More

I came in because the shifter in my 2010 Mustang was sticking. There was also a ticking coming from my air conditioner. I needed a loaner vehicle to drive while they were repairing my car, and Fred told sticking. There was also a ticking coming from my air conditioner. I needed a loaner vehicle to drive while they were repairing my car, and Fred told me to call Enterprise and rent a car because the dealership didn't have any vehicles I could drive. So I asked to speak to the service manager in hopes of him finding a service car for me. Fred never let me speak to him but magically found a car for me to drive while mine was being serviced. The next day I came to pick up my car, only to find out that they would not repair the shifter that was sticking. They said that Ford would not cover it under warranty. I spoke with the service manager, who was really rude, and did not try to help me in any way. Then I asked to speak with the GM about having it repaired. The GM also refused to fix my car and said they would do thier best to help me in repairing my sticking shifter, but would not replace it. I was then set up with the foreman of the service department, his name was Joe. He took digital pictures of my shifter and sent them off to Ford. Ford responded saying that they would cover this claim, and it should be fixed. This process took a week. I was inconvenienced several times having to drive back and forth to this dealership, wasting my personal time over something that should have been taken care of to begin with. I'm still waiting on the part to come so they can finally fix my vehicle. This entire process showed how unprofessional the service department is at this dealership. They have terrible manners and are extremely rude. I feel like I was hasseled because I was a woman. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Joe, our Service Writer, oversaw the repair of my mother' (former) and my mother in law's current 95 Towncar. We have had the Air Suspension light illuminated for years and spent $1000s on previous unsuccess (former) and my mother in law's current 95 Towncar. We have had the Air Suspension light illuminated for years and spent $1000s on previous unsuccessful repairs. The airbags finally gave out and needed replacing. Honestly I was resolve to always seeing the Air suspension light. To my surprise the light is finally OUT! Thank you for a job well done! More
