each of the past three times i've brought my car in for a simple oil change, new and increasingly more expensive "problems" have been found. i've kept my car regularly serviced at ford dealerships (previous simple oil change, new and increasingly more expensive "problems" have been found. i've kept my car regularly serviced at ford dealerships (previously in another state as i have only recently moved to this area) - this last time, the service reps were able to provide little explanation of why the repairs were needed and seemed to barely understand the problems themselves, stating just that the "computer says it's necessary," but making the potential dangers sound sufficiently dire that i wasn't willing to drive the car anywhere else for a second opinion....after all, i don't know cars well and i'm new to the area, not a great combination for car trouble....but i also don't like the feeling that i'm being ripped off, which is how i've felt each time i've left key scales. barring a major breakdown of my car right on their doorstep, i won't be back. More

First off I have my dream car!!!! YEAH!!! My salesman Fred was phenomenal, great personality, knowledgeable, not pushy, just all around AWESOME PERSON!!!! Then there was Jeff-Finance, he was super nice, Fred was phenomenal, great personality, knowledgeable, not pushy, just all around AWESOME PERSON!!!! Then there was Jeff-Finance, he was super nice, worked so hard to get me the deal!!! He was great! Then Dave-Final Paperwork...he was super nice, explained everything, answered any questions I had... Everyone there was just all around very nice!!!! Oh and John-Service, he personally introduced himself and gave me his card and explained that he would be doing the service on my new car. Just a overall FANTABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! I am a trainer, I train Customer Service Reps, so I am a picky picky consumer, and your team absolutely sets the bar for all other dealerships!!!! Our salesman was Art Phenis who was very polite and helpful. My wife and I came in to see and test drive the truck that the dealer had found for us at another ford dealer. After the test drive we agreed that we liked the truck and all of the equipment it had. We then sat down to negotiate the trade and purchase price. After a lengthy negotiation we finally agreed to a deal. This process took way to long to execute and our salesman had nothing to do with the lengthy process. He had to keep going to the sales manager named Jeff I believe and this went back and forth 4 times before coming to an agreement. This shouldn't take as long as it did. All said and done my wife and I are happy with our vehicle purchase and hope to get many good years of service. More
