I enjoyed working with the Mark while shopping for my truck. I had never finaced a vehicle prior and had always paid outright. I had many questions about finance and was extremely anxious about it. I had expressed this to Mark, he suggested we wait and see what the finance manager Jeff came back with. I said that I wasnt willing to make the deal if the financing wasnt guarenteed to be going through since it was a Saturday evening. I was told that the financing went through and that the truck was mine. I again stated that I didnt want to leave with the truck and think that it is mine and then come Monday something went wrong with the financing. I was told oh no if the finance manager says its a go then its a go. Well fastforward to Monday and lo and behold I get a call that there is an issue with the financing. I became upset and my husband called the dealership to speak with the finance manager,he was told to have me come down with some financial paper work and he would sit with me. well he did and when he didnt get what the bank needed he sent the salesman to deliver me the bad news. How unprofessional is that. I was extremeley upset about the truck but then evenmore so that the finance manager just left me there and pawned me off on someone else. More

I PULLED INTO YOUR DEALERSHIP WITH A QUESTION ABOUT A BROKEN PART ON MY EXPLORER WHEN I SAW YOUR MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM WHAT THE PART I WAS HOLDING WAS. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT IT WAS FROM AND TOOK ME TO BROKEN PART ON MY EXPLORER WHEN I SAW YOUR MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM WHAT THE PART I WAS HOLDING WAS. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT IT WAS FROM AND TOOK ME TO JADE NOBLECELLA TO GET THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS FROM THE FRONT SUSPENSION OF MY VEHICLE. JADE WENT OVER EVRYTHING WITH ME AS I ALSO WANTED TO GET THE OIL CHANGED AND TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FILTER CHANGED. We have taken our Ford F-150 truck to this dealership for service for years. The service department staff were always dependable, friendly and the service was always fairly priced. He was Fair and friendly and gave us the best possible deal he could. No high pressure sales. He is a credit to Key Scales Ford and is what all sales reps should be.His customers will keep coming back for their vehicle needs. More
I brought in my Edge to have it detailed and to get the code to my door. I brought it in about 9:30 am. As I was getting checked in the serice rep repeatly took phone calls instead of giving me her comple code to my door. I brought it in about 9:30 am. As I was getting checked in the serice rep repeatly took phone calls instead of giving me her complete attention. I asked how long it would take and was told it would take about an hour and a half. After 2.5 hours I asked where my car was and they hadn't even started detailing it yet. I requested my vehicle back as I had no more time to wait and it took another 30 minutes before it was brought back to me. I was asked if I wanted to bring it back a later date to have it detailed. I live an hour away and told them no. I bought the service plan with my vehicle and am seriously considering canceling it as I do not have time to drive all the way to your dealership to have this kind of service. More
4,000 miles ago (I'm now at 30,000), I had an oil change and my tires rotated. Several weeks later, I returned to have my right front tire checked, as it was leaking. They could not find the leak, but perio and my tires rotated. Several weeks later, I returned to have my right front tire checked, as it was leaking. They could not find the leak, but periodically, I had to put air in it. I also started to hear and feel a flapping noise, and I had Fred look at it. He said it normerly happens after a rotation and it will go away. It did not go away, and for the last 3,000+ miles it was getting worse. Since I was up for a 30,000 oil change, I returned had them look at the tires. They couldn't detect anything, other than the inner tread on all four tires was worn, which indicated an alighnment problem to me, but they didn't acknowledge that. As a result of this encounter, and my observations of the folks working the counter, I swa it as a disfunctional organization with little leadership, some people running around with their hair on fire, others standing around, and an equal number walking around with papers looking important. You have a rudderless ship, with the attendants being cutrsy but not very efficient. I decided that was the last time I would ever go to Ford for service. I subsequently went to a credible tire place, and the manager said that it was an alighnment problem and the Ford mechanic had to be a blind man for not recognizing the tires needed to be replaced. I also got an estimate for new tires and a 30,000 mile checkup. The prices were outrages. I love ford cars but you service department sucks, and that also came from several individuals that I talked with while waiting for my car. Fred is dearly missed. That said, I still like Fords. More
