Key Scales is the friendliest dealership we have ever dealt with. The sales associates were extremely informative, polite, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Soon as we arrived at the dealership, Chad Howell was eager to help us out. Very friendly atmosphere. We told him what we was looking for and he found it for us with no questioned asked. He showed us the truck we was interested in, having us check it out from bumper to bumper. When we asked him questions about the truck, he knew the answers with no hesitation at all. After we bought our 2012 truck he took us around and introduced us to the people in service and quick lube & tire. Chad is a wonderful salesman and will recommend him to all my family and friends. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do because of the experience. It's typically stressful, pushy sales people, bad customer service after the sale, and just a generally unpleasant but necessary thi the experience. My husband typically has to coax me into it because I hate dealing with it. We had been talking about trading our car in on a new one for awhile. We went to Key Scales because of sales advisor Chris Taylor, he had been our sales advisor on our last car purchase. Our original plan was to purchase new, but the dealership had a used car on their lot that we just couldn't pass up. All of the staff we worked with were courteous, helpful and made the experience fun, something I don't equate with purchasing a car. What truly impressed us with this dealership was what happened after the sale. As I mentioned the car was used and after a week of owning the car my husband found a things that needed attention. We spoke with Dave Ainsworth, one of the sales managers who asked us to bring the car in. We made an appointment, brought the car in and to our amazement they resolved all of the issues. We have never experienced this level of customer service from any dealership in the 20+ years of buying cars. Dave, Chris and Wendy went above and beyond what is "required" to show that customer service is something that they really mean, it isn't just something they say to get you to buy the car. I would highly recommend this dealer whether you are interested in buying new or used. My experience at Key Scales has changed how I will look at buying my next car, and I know where I am going first. More

Blake was very considerate. There was a problem with a scratch on the new car, but Blake had it fixed, although it took longer than expected. I enjoyed working with the Mark while shopping for my truck. I had never finaced a vehicle prior and had always paid outright. I had many questions about finance and was extremely anxious about it. I had expressed this to Mark, he suggested we wait and see what the finance manager Jeff came back with. I said that I wasnt willing to make the deal if the financing wasnt guarenteed to be going through since it was a Saturday evening. I was told that the financing went through and that the truck was mine. I again stated that I didnt want to leave with the truck and think that it is mine and then come Monday something went wrong with the financing. I was told oh no if the finance manager says its a go then its a go. Well fastforward to Monday and lo and behold I get a call that there is an issue with the financing. I became upset and my husband called the dealership to speak with the finance manager,he was told to have me come down with some financial paper work and he would sit with me. well he did and when he didnt get what the bank needed he sent the salesman to deliver me the bad news. How unprofessional is that. I was extremeley upset about the truck but then evenmore so that the finance manager just left me there and pawned me off on someone else. More

I PULLED INTO YOUR DEALERSHIP WITH A QUESTION ABOUT A BROKEN PART ON MY EXPLORER WHEN I SAW YOUR MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM WHAT THE PART I WAS HOLDING WAS. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT IT WAS FROM AND TOOK ME TO BROKEN PART ON MY EXPLORER WHEN I SAW YOUR MECHANIC AND ASKED HIM WHAT THE PART I WAS HOLDING WAS. HE KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT IT WAS FROM AND TOOK ME TO JADE NOBLECELLA TO GET THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS FROM THE FRONT SUSPENSION OF MY VEHICLE. JADE WENT OVER EVRYTHING WITH ME AS I ALSO WANTED TO GET THE OIL CHANGED AND TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FILTER CHANGED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN CARE OF IN ANY DEALER WITH SUCH CURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THAN I HAD WITH JADE AND JR MY MECHANIC.
