We have had the best, with KeyScales..Ford.. We owned a 2013 Edge.. sel.. we got a screw in the sidewall of our tire. We went to KeyScales..dealership to get a new tire,. While my husband was wai We owned a 2013 Edge.. sel.. we got a screw in the sidewall of our tire. We went to KeyScales..dealership to get a new tire,. While my husband was waiting ,he went out to the showroom! And there was the most gorgeous 2019 Edge... He spoke to Fred Almonte about the 2019 Edge. We got his business card. They ordered the new tire for our 2013 Edge. That was Monday. We had an appointment for Tuesday to have the new tire put on. While waiting, we went out to the showroom, and the car was not there. Rich, a salesman told us it was sold... we talked to Rich, and he asked us what we liked about the car.. The amazing color was what caught my husband's attention, We told him, we just don't like sunroof! He asked if we wanted to see a 2019 s el, we said YES, within a few minutes here comes a 2019 Sel.. That same color burgundy velvet! Rich showed us everything. We talked a bit, my husband qualified for the DAV.. plan. We inspected the car again, sat in it, Rich took my husband's insurance card, and drivers license, to verify, got the starter ,to then use the push button starter in the car, Rich sat in the back seat, my husband drove, and I admired the car, we took a test drive. Everything just went so smooth, professional. Our 2013 got the new tire ! And we purchased the car. We came back Wedsday, to finish up the deal, when we got there Rich was off, and Fred was there , two of the best sales men we have ever seen work together to put together the sale , paperwork, have the car detailed, not one flaw in the entire deal.And we were going to just get a new tire fore our 2013 Edge, ! There was never any pressure, we are so happy . We initiated the deal! They put it together, The sales people ,Rich, Fred, are so knowledgeable, I would refer anyone to them. The Finance manager Jonny Hideroa went over the things we could add to our package! We definitely did take the Tire plan!!! We had a refund coming back to us, for the extention.. on the warranty we had purchased. On our 2013 Edge .. just a few years back, we loved our Edge.. so much. We were going to keep it.. The 2013 never had a problem! We put a new battery last year.. at the dealership! And the new tire, on This past Tuesday. We were helped on anything we needed to know, the new cars have so many new things included. We were very pleased with that, we are seniors, both with disabilities, and never felt uncomfortable, because everything was explained, showed to us, helped us program ,our cell phone to sync.. with car. And anything else we needed to know...Almost forgot the service department handled our replacement tire on the 2013 Edge inbetween all of this, and because of previous things we came to the dealership for! We came to purchase a tire! .....and came home with the most beautiful Edge.... 2019... burgundy velvet mist.. with the package we would have chosen, .So Thank you to all who work at the dealership for the best experience, in purchasing a TIRE!!!!!. Buying a new truck I had a 4x4 F150 truck that I purchased in New York. It had to go in for a recall.
