As a direct result when I was looking to replace a vehicle that was too small for my needs,I went to Key Scales Ford. Their salesman asked some questions and led my wife and I to the perfect vehicle. After a price was agreed to,I purchased the vehicle. The salesman was great and we enjoyed working with him. Every one on the sales end of the purchase was wonderful, and I already know how good the service department is. More
I found the Key Scales Ford website very comprehensive. All cars were thoroughly described, had lots of pictures, mileage, and crash(if any) and service history reports. Chad was very helpful in getting the ball rolling after my financing was approved the next day. He had my desired car ready to drive when I arrived. After giving me a good tour, and being extremely honest of existing scratches and dents on the used car, I took it for a test drive. Chad answered all my questions, and was friendly and talkative during the times that I had no questions. No pressure. I decided to buy, and he completed his part of the paperwork quickly. After a short wait, I saw Dave in his office to complete the rest of the financial documents and final signatures. Dave was sure to explain all the papers I signed, and elaborated on the sections I had questions about. Dave was organized and thorough. When all paperwork was complete, Chad brought the car to the front door, and was even ready to bring the car around to the other side door under the overhang in case it started raining. He took a quick picture in front of the car, texted it to me, and I was off and driving happily in my newly purchased car. 10 days later, Chad called to make sure everything was okay, which it is. I'll be sending friends/family to Key Scales Ford! More
Fred was very friendly and helpful. I went in to buy the new 2013 Escape so I knew there would be a wait as the car had just been released. When my car received a VIN number, he called me so I could track the build of my new car. When the car finally arrived, Fred took me out and showed me how everything worked. He even paired my phone with the MyFordTouch. The entire purchase process went smoothly and I highly recommed Fred and Key Scales Ford. More

Joe Vanwaes, the service advisor was excellent to work with and kept us appraised as what was going on the car and long delay in getting the part needed to fix it. It took 8 days to get the part in wh with and kept us appraised as what was going on the car and long delay in getting the part needed to fix it. It took 8 days to get the part in which left us stranded without a car as they kept the car at service department. We asked for the service manager, (Don't remember his name) to call us and we never heard from him as we wanted to see about getting a loaner car. Joe told us the service manager would not help us but we never heard from him. Then we asked to speak with a manager in the dealership and never recieved a call from them. When the car was ready, and I was picking it up, Bruce J. came to talk to me and then said the dealership could of done something to help us. But nothing was offered at the time and we never heard from any manager. We couldn't of been more please with the service from Joe and how he communicated with us frequently about the status of the location of the compressor part. We were disaapointed in FORD as a company that it took 8 days to get an air conditioner compressor for a 2011 Ford Explorer. We have been Ford buyers for 40 yrs. More
