I intend to continue to have Key Scales perform my maintenance requirments. More

While I'm probably not the typical customer living down in SWFL (4 hours away) I was overly impressed with everyone I came into contact with at Key Scales. Specifically Mr. Blake Kelly & Mr. Bruce John in SWFL (4 hours away) I was overly impressed with everyone I came into contact with at Key Scales. Specifically Mr. Blake Kelly & Mr. Bruce Johnson. Upon arrival, Blake Kelly met me at the door and was actually jogging to expedite the transaction knowing that I had a 4-hour drive back to SWFL. Bruce was cordial and also super efficient in handling the financial aspect. I've purchased multiple cars from big city dealers, but have never been treated with such care as I was at Key Scales. I will definitely reach out to Blake Kelly when I'm ready for my next vehicle. Not sure I could recommend any positive changes at this dealersip, as the over-all experience was MOST positive. Follow-up: Minor concerns were addressed by Service Dept. (Joe Vanwaes) at no out of pocket expense and a $261.00 reimbursement check was even issued for overpayment in title & registration fees. We went into the dealership to schedule a first time service on our 2013 Ford Escape..we bought the vehical in Michigan..We told the salesman we needed to get an oil change and learn about the synk prog service on our 2013 Ford Escape..we bought the vehical in Michigan..We told the salesman we needed to get an oil change and learn about the synk program in our car..Chad Howell took us in the dealership and set everything up in the computer for us showing us how to work with Synk..our salesman in Michigan did not show us any of that..we thanked Chad very much ,,he was extreamly helpful,,,and invited us to attend another class on Oct. 4th at the dealership.so we can learn even more about the synk msystem in our car,,,thank ou Chad ur great RoseMarie and Dennis Bridges The Villages , Florida More
Wendy was very helpful to me when I spoke with her about a problem with the fuel door on my 2011 Ford Fusion. She looked at the fuel door and quickly realized it was very loose. Once the part was received, Wendy called me to bring in my car, and it was promptly fixed while I waited. I have been interested in the Ford Focus for a couple of years now, but had never been into a dealership. Having worked for a dealership of a different brand and owner, I was hesitant to go in knowing what years now, but had never been into a dealership. I submitted an e-mail and Blake e-mailed me immediately and called within 30 minutes. When I came in, I was greeted by several people that actually walked me to Blake's desk. Not only did we get a good deal, but I went in to look at a used Focus and we left in a brand new one. Janet was also a joy to work with. She is amazing with finance and got us a better deal than the financing we went in with. I will definitely be a customer for life at Key Scales! Kudos on making what used to be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one! Keep up the good work! I also want to point out that the weather was terrible the day we purchased and Blake told us to come back for a full detail when the weather was better. Above and beyond! More

In the past, buying a car was more of a chore rather than an enjoyable experience. My sales person, Dan Shuten, sold me the car that I was looking.
