Wendy was very helpful to me when I spoke with her about a problem with the fuel door on my 2011 Ford Fusion. She looked at the fuel door and quickly realized it was very loose. I have been interested in the Ford Focus for a couple of years now, but had never been into a dealership. Having worked for a dealership of a different brand and owner, I was hesitant to go in knowing what years now, but had never been into a dealership. I submitted an e-mail and Blake e-mailed me immediately and called within 30 minutes. When I came in, I was greeted by several people that actually walked me to Blake's desk. Not only did we get a good deal, but I went in to look at a used Focus and we left in a brand new one. Janet was also a joy to work with. She is amazing with finance and got us a better deal than the financing we went in with. I will definitely be a customer for life at Key Scales! I found the Key Scales Ford website very comprehensive. All cars were thoroughly described, had lots of pictures, mileage, and crash(if any) and service history reports. Chad was very helpful in getting the ball rolling after my financing was approved the next day. He had my desired car ready to drive when I arrived. After giving me a good tour, and being extremely honest of existing scratches and dents on the used car, I took it for a test drive. Chad answered all my questions, and was friendly and talkative during the times that I had no questions. No pressure. I decided to buy, and he completed his part of the paperwork quickly. After a short wait, I saw Dave in his office to complete the rest of the financial documents and final signatures. Dave was sure to explain all the papers I signed, and elaborated on the sections I had questions about. Dave was organized and thorough. When all paperwork was complete, Chad brought the car to the front door, and was even ready to bring the car around to the other side door under the overhang in case it started raining. He took a quick picture in front of the car, texted it to me, and I was off and driving happily in my newly purchased car. 10 days later, Chad called to make sure everything was okay, which it is.
